  • To be approved, you must hold an active SEATEC customer account. All applications must be submitted using the email address associated with your SEATEC account.
  • No. The Pro Program discount can only be used on full price apparel purchases.
  • You will need to reapply for Pro Program membership every year. Reverification is not guaranteed.
  • Applications are reviewed individually by the Seatec team. Most applications are reviewed within 5–10 business days, though processing times may vary during peak seasons and periods of high application volume.
  • Applicants will be notified by email once a decision has been made. Approved members will receive instructions on how to access their Pro Program benefits and account privileges.
