Shipping Policy

At Seatec Outfitters, we’re committed to getting your gear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We know how important it is for you to receive your order on time, and we do everything we can to make that happen.
Order Processing
We aim to ship all orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday, on the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will usually be shipped on the next business day.
Please note: During peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing may take slightly longer — but we always do our best to minimize delays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout through trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
Express Shipping: 2 business days
Shipping times are estimates and do not include order processing time. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as carrier delays or weather conditions. Please contact your carrier with any questions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package from our door to yours.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, Seatec Outfitters is no longer responsible for the package.
We are not liable for:
Delayed deliveries
Lost or stolen packages
Packages marked as “delivered” but not received
If you encounter any issues during transit or after delivery, please contact the carrier you selected at checkout directly. They will be best equipped to assist you with claims, tracking updates, or resolving delivery problems.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do also offer international shipping. All packages are shipped from our South Florida location.
